2017 S75D Oscillating/Rotational noise from front

Got brand new Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4.

noise from very obviously cupped tires is gone, but I still have a vibration felt through the steering wheel and cabin at higher speeds above 50mph… sort of feels like wheel hopping with a cyclical noise.

I suspect the tires originally were destroyed by this vibration and the unbearable noise was in fact cupped tires. The tires had plenty of life left with 7/32 and only driven 10k miles.

What can I do to figure out what is causing this vibration and save myself from destroying another set of tires! Could it be bad struts? Is the rear driver side toe bad enough in my alignment to cause this?
