2020 Model 3 Performance Lease Assumption located in DC area

I'm moving across the country and unfortunately can't take my Model 3 with me.

Its solid black, with white/black interior, dark gray 20" performance wheels and FSD. I've rarely driven it this past year so it only has ~2800 miles and is in overall great condition.

The lease payment is $780/month and there are 2 years/~27K miles left.
