2021 MY Driver-side Floor Mat

The left strip for my 2021 MY driver-side floor mat won’t stay up. ALMOST every time I get into the car, the mat strip has folded down onto the floor. I push it back up. I press it with my foot and drive. It stays up while driving but next time I enter the car it has peeled down again.

Are others experiencing this? Any proposed solutions?

I put a new Velcro strip on this part of the floor mat. I’ll report back on how that works.
