2023 MX - Not a fan of walnut decor (interior trim) - Considering vinyl wrap (carbon fiber)

Recently upgraded 2018 MX (Red, white seats with carbon fiber interior) to 2023 MX (Ultra red, white seats with walnut interior). I love the way my 2018 looked - awesome contrast between white and carbon fiber.

Unfortunately, carbon fiber wasn't an option with long range, and while the walnut looks OK as-is, my preference would be carbon fiber.

Anyone try this? Good/Bad/Indifferent?

I bet you can find someone local to swap parts with. I'd try that before trying to wrap them.

TBH, I have a PX coming and was wondering if I'd prefer wood over CF. But I won't make that decision until after delivery.

@towndrunk. Well, that’s an interesting thought. I’m bringing the car in this Monday (the 8th) for a full XPEL stealth wrap (Colorado Detail in Denver). I’ll talk to the owner (Steve) and get his thoughts on the interchangeability of the trim pieces…
