Okay! Thanks to all your great feedback in this prior thread... 22's are no longer on the table.

Please help me decide on 20 vs 21? Range is definitely a factor given that I have a 75D and am a big road-tripper. At the same time, I'm also a sport driver, I don't mind the harder ride, and these wheels will only be used in the spring and summer months (I've got my 19s fitted with snow tires for the winter).

Thanks all!

I believe there have been plenty of folks with 20's who have been quite happy with the ride and the look. I have not tried anything other than 19's, and even on the stock wheels i have suffered from potholes and bent rims, no blowouts yet. I appreciate the idea of a better look of 20's.

I'd suggest 20s if range is an issue. I'm not sure on the exact amount but I do notice that I charge more frequently with the 21s on. I charged relatively the same amount on the 20s that I did on my stock 19s. The ride is definitely rougher on the 21s and even though I already pay close attention to potholes, etc, I do so more with the 21s due to the side walls being so thin. Here are pics for reference for 20s and 21s.

I went with 20's. Moved up from OEM 19" Slipstreams. Definitely not a harsher ride, but I also went with sportier tires -- Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+. Car feels much more lively and precise. Too early to judge the energy impact but after a few weeks I'm guessing about 5%.
