May want to wait until you see what Tesla does with taxes. These could actually cost you more than $3K in taxes (search the forum for plenty of discussion).
Plus IMO, that's a low-ball offer for brand new, and "hard-to-get" wheels/tires that are $6K for comparable sets on Tesla.com.
