21" to 20" - steering feels easier and ride comfort improves

I just put on my winter wheels last week. I have a MYP.

Steering
I set the steering to comfort mode, it just felt a little bit better, but steering still felt a little off to me. Once I switched to the 20" wheels, it was a lot looser, almost too loose. I have no scientific proof, so maybe it's just me being really aware, but I can definitely feel a difference turning the steering wheel.

Ride Comfort
I really disliked the ride comfort of the MYP on the 21". Now that I have the 20", it's a noticeable difference, but not enough to make the ride feel that much better. I have the MountainPass Performance comfort coilovers on order, and I'll still be installing those despite having already a slightly better ride feel.

I wasn't expecting these types of changes just by changing the wheels. It could all be in my head, but thought it would be worth mentioning.

My new wheels are 25.6 lbs each (unmounted), with Michelin X-Ice SNOW tires.
