21" Uberturbine Wheels

I am getting an MYP with 21" Uberturbine wheels and All-season tires delivered in a couple of weeks. How do these wheels/tires with smaller sidewalls hold up in Northern New Jersey roads with potholes?

Probably like any other 21” wheel with a low profile sidewall and a mixture of your luck and reaction time to avoid potholes.

Just had my MYP delivered. 21" ubers. Getting 5mm spacers, just verifying, this is the correct size: (same as my 2018 M3P yes?)

• Vehicle Bolt Pattern: 5x4.5
• Hub Bore: 70.5mm

as long as you pay attention to the road you should be ok. watch out for those craters lol

Any regrets with your uberturbines in nyc yet? About to place my order for a MYP and live in Brooklyn commuting to LI everyday.

Actual road surface is not that bad in NYC. hitting pot holes are the least of your worries in NYC. All kinds of road hazards, crazy drivers without insurance, hit and run, road construction everywhere, getting shot at, robbed, parking, door dings, front and rear bumper getting destroyed, etc will be your areas of concern.
