Anyone get these black spots on the map when you zoom out and then they stay when you zoom in....I have rebooted...

I've noticed recently that when I enter certain parts of town, the white map turns black. It still shows the names of the streets and only a portion of the map has a black background. When I leave that area, it's white again. It's really odd that you can see the black area as you are...

I have seen this in my M3 and my wife’s MY. It’s also being reported in other groups I frequent. It seems to be a shading related to designated areas. Areas like Native American reservations, state parks, monuments, etc. seem to be shaded black instead of some other reasonable color. Some have reported urban areas with this shading, too.

That happened to me yesterday while I was driving near Tacoma, WA. First time I ever saw it. I thought it was a day/night bug, but switching between day/night didn't change anything. In night mode, instead of black splotches, it was light grey splotches... I figured it was how it was rendering indian reservation land, or military installations, becuase it also did that when I drove by McChord Air Force base a little while later.
