I have a set of 245/50/20 snow tires from a Q7 I used to have and was wondering if it is okay to put them on the front of my MX that have a 9” rim. The rears are 9.5’s and was going to buy some new 275/45/20. Anyone have any thoughts?
I would only fit the correct size and wouldn't mess around mixing used and new winter tyres anyway. They will probably fit the rims okay, but I would check their load rating is compatible and the circumference with them being 50 series. They will be a little stretched on the rims compared to a 255.
