2nd row seat belts continue to lock up

This is so frustrating. Has anyone else seen this? Here's a video showing the issue:

Posting here in case anyone else runs into this. I ended up taking my brand new 2020 X into the shop 3 times! And get this, each time when I'd get to the shop the issue would go away. Turns out, the rear seats will LOCK if the car is on a step incline...and my driveway just happened to be steep enough to get the seats to lock. I'm still not sure if this is a BUG in their seats or a safety thing, but at least I figured it out. So if anyone else finds they cannot get their seat belts to work, check if your on a hill.
