Accelerating in Reverse causing Error Codes

I was pulling out of a garage in reverse last week when upon acceleration only slightly caused a thud followed by multiple error codes.
Regen disabled, traction control disabled, stability control disabled, Autopilot disabled... list goes on and on.

Once the car goes to sleep all the error codes are resolved following the next drive but if the care is accelerated in reverse the same occurs.

Does anyone know whats going on?
