I've had very good communication from mine. I know he's busy with a lot of other customers, so I don't expect a reply right away. I always get a reply within 24 hours, if not sooner.
Mine would not let me see car, drive it, or guarantee it had no defects.
This went on for month, i gave up. Bought from private.
Their Karma is horrible on here.

I'm definitely not happy about not being able to see a car in advance, but I know it's not my advisor's fault. He is in California, and I'm inquiring about cars that are on restricted Manheim lots all over the country.
That's actually a good question. I would have thought an advisor was like a salesperson, who tries to persuade you to purchase a car. My advisor doesn't do that at all. He just provides information when I ask questions. He also looks at pictures for me and gives me his opinion when I suspect there is damage on a car.
