These are the seat covers I purchased and am installing on my White Model 3 today. I bought from Amazon warehouse for about $200 and they came in great shape.
I would definitely recommend if you want seat covers. The fitment is outstanding and you can customize the look of your interior. I did all white and they look great. I'm very impressed with how custom fit they are. They feel nice, comfortable, and look great.
You can tell they're seat covers only if you look pretty closely. I would much prefer the factory white but this is a close second. I go to the beach a lot and make a mess out of my car, so having seat covers is also worth it to me for the protection.
For $200-300 and 2-4 hours of install time you definitely get your money and times worth. Buying all white factory interior, or paying for some crazy expensive reupholster would look better, but this is pretty darn close.
