Another option to get 12v switched

Looks like PAC now offers this interface, that among other things, can decode the canbus and provide a 12v switched output. I think im sticking with relay/brown wire/vc left solution for now because the PAC box is $150, which is too rich for my blood just for 12v, but it might be worth it for those that want peace of mind about tesla changing wire behavior.

Interesting, but keep in mind Tesla loves to make random firmware changes that could break some the outputs.

Also it is only low current at 250mA.
