Anybody know this error: DIS_ w018_hw12vSupplyUV

2016.5 Model S 75D built 09/2016 2nd owner, battery label is original battery 1088794-00-A. Car was purchased recently in April 2024. Warranty still good until 12/2024.

Battery SOC at 13%, took it to a SuperCharger to charge it to 90% for the first time in my possession. Charged it many times to 70%~80% previously without any errors.

Right after charging my first 13% to 90%:
DIS_ w018_hw12vSupplyUV came up.

Is my 12v battery in need of replacement?

Since then I have taken a 400+ mile trip charging to 95% or 100% and the error has not come back, so I can not replicate it except that single tjme.

I'd replace the 12V in this situation and see. Take the easy and most likely fix first. When replacing, check cables and ground.

Any recommendations on a good long lasting 12v batt?

From many posts on this board, the battery Tesla used is a good price even with installation, and is usually installed by mobile service. I believe it is about $230 installed. Just create a service ticket in the app.
