Anyone have decel whine from 25mph down?

Got my car back from service where they replaced my motor and axles (or so they say) for a roaring sound that was occurring from 60mph on up. that was solved but now replaced by hi pitched whine from EXACTLY 25mph down (kinda feels like it is some system issue). Service center says they "cant hear it" but several friends ask what is that sound.

Well, not similar at all....my noise is from EXACTLY 25MPH to 0 not highway speed

My 3 week old Model S LR has a similar gear whine (milling sound) on deceleration but it starts at a higher speed, just above 30mph. It's very loud and sounds like a 4wd transfer case in a pickup truck to me. The local service center took it on a test drive and confirmed it was there and louder than usual but aren't going to do anything about it unless it gets worse.
