Talk to the service manager about it. I believe they can submit a business case for a buyback. I was asking about it in case I need to pursue that myself since my car broke down twice too.

I planned to call the service center and ask for manager and ask about the process. What happened to your car? Positive towards a new car would be maybe I can get dual motor this time around and white interior.

Car shutting down - PULL OVER SAFELY on the freeway 3 days after delivery
TL;DR Broke down twice. First time pyro fuse/contactor, second time HV battery and HV control module.
