Does anyone know how to disable the over the speed limit alarm? Yes, I know, go slower. Aside from that.

This is the speed assist feature. It's documented on page 89 of the current version (2018-Nov-12) of the Owner's Manual. I have mine set to Display. In this mode, the speed limit icon is slightly larger on the center display, but no audible noises are made.
