Anyone without FSD/EAP getting V10?

So I've been seeing people posting here getting V10, it appears that it's exclusive to the EAP/FSD community at the moment. I have SR+ with autopilot and have not gotten the V10 update yet. Anyone?

EAP as in early access or enhanced autopilot? I have enhanced autopilot, no FSD, and got v10 tonight.

My car has enhanced auto pilot and I got V10 tonight, my wife's Model 3doesn't have auto pilot and not V10 yet.

I'm still waiting. Only those with FSD/EAP has it for now.
