Ever since the new updates I’ve had to continuously log into the Tesla app. Now it’s telling me no products associated with my accounts, however the SolarCity app works fine.

Not here. What new updates? The app?
Suggest logging out, delete app, reboot phone to be sure all reset, redownload, and login.
That’s what Tesla will tell you anyway.
Best way to be sure it’s not a corrupted app and then you can call them and see what’s up with your account.

Same here. When I called they have a message saying routine maintenance and that monitoring may be down.
