App shows car as parked even when car is being driven.

Model X LR 2022 all of the sudden is showing up as parked in the Tesla app on all of our phones even when car is being driven. Have rebooted car, rebooted phones, uninstalled and reinstalled app on all phones and it still shows car as parked even though the car is being driven. Any thoughts on what else we can try?

There was an update yesterday (Sept 1)

Everything else in app is working fine.

First thing I did was reboot car, phones and reinstall app. No go on any of those options.

I had the same issue with a Model Y when I knew it was being driven and it showed as parked. It's possible that the app may never work correctly again.

I’m experiencing the same thing—shows parked while being driven. I suspect a bug in the app. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
