App wouldn’t recognize car

I left my car at the airport for four days. When we landed, I went to turn on the heated seats and the app wouldn’t connect with the car. The car kept looking hollow or flashing, but not showing up. When I got to my car, the app still wasn’t working, luckily, I had my key and was able to get home.the mapping didn’t work very well on the way home nor did the radio. Once I got home and plugged the car into the charger, everything was fine. Any ideas?

Yeah that happened to me once. Only I didn’t have my backup keycard. Lesson learned.

There was AT&T outage yesterday. it might have to do something with the cell tower connectivity.
But your app should able to connect with Bluetooth when you were close by.
