Are Dick Cepek tires suitable to Tesla Cybertruck? Need some advice here.

Those things will follow every groove and imperfection in the pavement. I have Cooper XLT 3s on my pickup I like them. Good wet traction on pavement and on grassy hills

Tires are for your specific area and usage. Here my truck will see the beach a lot. Or maybe a venture into the swamp hunting. Yankees need SNOW tires. Note . I have 2 sets of tires for my S. One summer high speed , with little profile. They r 98Y rated. Other set are winter mud and snow. I go to DC in the winter.
Your tire replacement has many choices. Good luck.
