AT&T FirstNet 5GE Issue

Anyone else having issue with using AT&T FirstNet 5GE accessing Tesla App? I haven’t been able to connect

Tesla app works fine via WiFi. But i would have to turn off LTE and go back to 4G in order for the app for work.

FirstNet tech support help desk should be called HelpLess.

I have the same problem on Firstnet. When using my Verizon sim, the app works fine. Definitely a problem with Firstnet service and the Tesla app.

I have seen reports of issues with 5G and maybe 5Ge with the Tesla app--when the phones are on these networks the Tesla app does not work. See this:
