Now and then the App won't connect via the Internet

Hey,

I'm wondering if others have had this issue, I've had it a few times now.

We're in the UK (south of England) and my wife takes the Tesla to work as usual but upon leaving home and our WiFi the Tesla App on my phone is unable to connect to the car. I asked her to check the cellular signal in the car and it was half strength so should be working.

She then left the car and checked her phone from work and was also unable to view the car via the app.

On returning to the car again there was cellular signal and of course at this point everything on her phone was fine. But while talking to her on the phone I also tried to access the car on the App from home (over the internet) and still no luck.

Does anyone else get this issue? It seems to happen once every month or two and only for one day.
