The rules of the site are published here, and at the Terms link at bottom of each page. Personal attacks are prohibited, and both of you are engaging in them. My advice is to add the other person to your ignore list and move on.

There is more to this. What do you want this forum to be? Are you ok with it falling into de facto control of an obvious crackpot, who is actually using you for your moderator privileges?

It is easy to ignore another member. The forum provides a facility to do so. Once that's done, see if it continues to be a problem. If there are posts that violate our terms, please use the Report button.
