Thanks! I ended up asking lawyers about this, here's an answer advising strongly against it:I admire you for not fudging (well, lying) on the sale documents.
I had a buyer back out last minute today, because we disagreed on something: they wanted to put a smaller amount on the bill of sale, in order to avoid taxes. I am not comfortable with that.
Anyone in the Bay Area want to do the transaction tomorrow (Tuesday) at a great price, well, PM me your price.
avoiding fraud? Would agree thats a good reason.Lost a deal cause of that? wow.

Would it be legal to buy the car for $10K less but then buy $10K of "art" from the seller?
Most people selling their MS have: above all - Wheels that can sell as much as 5k. Or other equipment such as mats, cleaning supplies, etc. All those items can be sold separately. In fact, just looking at the for sale portion of this site - you'll see numerous sellers are not just selling the cars - but selling a variety of other things on the side. I'd go as far as charging for my time to give someone an overall orientation of the car. From the use of the vehicle to charging, cleaning, service, etc. I bill at 450 an hour. Have a good day.
How much to upgrade the AP functions? Thanks for the info!
I also just got it appraised at CarMax today, they are offering $62k cash for it.
I am attaching a screenshot of the MVPA.
Edit: it has been kept in a garage.
enhanced autopilot for used/after delivery is 6k, and full self driving is 4k (on top of enhanced autopilot)How much to upgrade the AP functions?
thats more like next month (dont forget about model 3)Its hilarious today, but since tesla innovates so quickly; it wouldnt be after several months.... But yeah, 57k is a litttle bit too forward thinking; thats probably early 2018/late 2017 pricing.
AP1 cars were only $2500 and can’t use the FSD premium, actually AP2 can’t use it either! AP2 cars were $5k and cost the $6k afterwards, should be cheaper until they figure AP2 out.enhanced autopilot for used/after delivery is 6k, and full self driving is 4k (on top of enhanced autopilot)
