Better visualizations for non-FSD cars (for situational awareness)

I don't have FSD but apparently the visualization is much better on cars with it enabled. It would be good to have better visualization, particularly with regards to nearby vehicles (position and type). Many people have asked for the blind spot traffic indicators; having better SA with traffic around/behind would help.

Right now vehicles flicker in and out and change type randomly, or just remain invisible. The screen is therefore useless and a waste of space without better functionality.
