Kaizen in Gilbert (Elliot and McQueen) was recommended for us by Tesla Tempe for our S that had rear bumper damage. They did a good job, not that it was a tough repair.
I would ask if Tesla Tempe and Scottsdale can do it as body work is supposed to be coming to service centers.
