Is anyone doing the recommended maint on their brakes here in Seattle? Tesla recommends it in cloud weather climates. Is that us or only the far north peeps?

Tesla recommends cleaning and lubricating all brake calipers every 12 months or 12,500 mi for cars in cold weather regions.
in the Canada group they say do it if they salt our roads.... not sure if that happens here or if they just use sand for our occasional snow.
