As mentioned above, you get get the factory from the VIN (F or A in 11th digit). The manufacture month and year is on a label inside the driver's door jamb. Some Delivery Advisors, if asked, will look up your manufacture date and time in the system, but this is highly dependent upon your DA's personality.
