Buying auction Tesla

Hi guys. I'm looking to buy my 1st Tesla. The dealer near me has a 2021 plaid for sale. They said it was an auction buy. Carfax fax comes out clean. I'm considering buying it. Any reason not to? Anybody here have experience in this?

If the title is clean, the car is free of defects, I don't see there are any problems.

It has about 2500 miles and i'm asking for 125K with no FSD. Carfax checks out ok and i'm also going to pull Carchex. And getting a pre-inpsection person to come out. Just to make sure. I'm thinking i might be ok since dealers buy cars from auction all the time. I asked them and they happened to tell me.
