Is this 2020 Model S a good deal?

I'm in the market for a used Model S and looking to spend around $40K for a 2020-2021. I found this one yesterday and I chatted with the dealership about it a little and they said it was in great condition. I did some research on it though and my concerns are:
1. Why is it missing all the frunk pieces?
2. Why does the carfax show two dealerships owning it only a couple weeks apart?
3. Why would the auction price be so low?
4. Is it worth less than a "personal use" car since carfax shows it as a "commercial vehicle"?
5. Its about a 6 hour drive away from me. Is it worth the hassle to look at it / buy it?

As far as the auction goes; Copart is known for buying/auctioning totaled or severely damaged cars, either cosmetically or mechanically. I am in the car business and some of my customers have sold their cars to them when theirs has become too expensive to repair compared to its value.
