Cabin overheat protection??

New owner question. Why is my cabin overheat protection greyed out (it will not allow me to turn it on)? I have read the manual, it doesn’t specifically say any certain conditions must exist to turn it on.

Do you have a low charge? If the battery charge is under a certain amount (20%?) then overheat protection will be shut off.

No. I have read the manual. None of the conditions apply.

Mine was greyed out too. Opened a service request in the app and about a week later they enabled it remotely.
