Cool tool, since we never really seem to know what our all-in per kw costs are, now I can say with certainty that for my Hydro One (Urban), it is 10.1cents per kw/hr all-in

To find out, first step is to select input "0" in kWh and select 100% off peak, this will be your baseline fixed delivery cost, note this number. Mine is $32.50. Baseline is a fixed delivery cost - or a connection cost
Then put on an estimate of you usage for your car, say 300kWh with 100% off peak, I get $62.32
Take the billing estimate, minus the baseline number and you get the total usage cost off peak, divide by 300 and you get the true kWh,... or at least what the OEB says you should pay
