Can Not Read Incoming Texts

I have a 2020 Tesla Model Y and an iPhone 13. I receive texts fine but nothing I do allows me to read them. Anyone have idea what if anything I can do?
I have contacted support and they say I have the most recent software available and should go to "Advanced Update" and canceled my support request.

With my granddaughters help, I think I solve the problem. Now I gotta wait till somebody text me to find out.
