Cannot login to Tesla app on my new Android phone

My Tesla app was working just fine on my Samsung phone and was performing all functions on my 2023 Tesla Model Y. I recently purchased a Google Pixel 7 Pro phone and had the Tesla app moved to the new phone. When I try to login to the Tesla app, it reverts to the login screen. I checked the app date and it is the latest and also deleted the cache, then uninstalled the app. I installed the app again but it still will not login. BTW, all functions in my Model Y are working and I access the vehicle with my card. But without the app, I cannot schedule service, report an emergency, etc. Advice?

I am replying to my own original posting. I read on another source where someone was having a similar problem and switched the phone calling from Wifi to regular 5G. I tried it and it worked. I was able to re-pair my new phone to the car and it is now also paired to the key. So if you have a similar issue, try calling outside of wifi. D. Kiefer 01/14/2023

Interesting. Does your wifi use a VPN? (There are posts about problems logging in through a VPN.)

Did you have any trouble logging in with 2 Factor Auth?
