Cannot return mobile connector using Tesla's online portal

Here are the instructions on the www site re returns:
  1. Create an account or log in to your existing Tesla Account.
  2. Go to the Tesla Shop.
  3. Select menu to sign in.
  4. Select 'Account.'
  5. Select the order you wish to return.
  6. Select 'Start a Return' for items eligible for return.
  7. Follow the remaining steps to complete your return.
I cannot complete step 5 because there is no tick box or clickable areas on my order page (see attached screenshot). I've started a support ticket with [email protected], but so far, no one is able to assist.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this issue?
