Can't answer phone

I'm having an odd issue with my Model S answering phone calls. when I get a call there is a box that pops up at the bottom of the screen with options to answer the phone or not. The problem I'm having is that the buttons on the screen do not respond. Pushing answer or hang up does nothing. I have no issues with the touch screen and everything else works fine. I can place a call without any issues.

What can I do to fix this problem?

When I get a call, it also notifies me in the Instrument Panel, and is already set on Answer. I just press the right steering wheel button to select that choice and Answer.

What can I do to fix this problem?

1) Have you tried a reboot? It often fixes strange errors. Press both scroll wheels until the main screen goes black. It takes about a minute to resume.
2) Does the touch screen recognize touches in the same area of the screen when the map is displayed (i.e. touch and move the map)? If not, it may be the touch controller has failed. Service would be required.
