car not communicating with app

I cannot access information on my car by using the app. This is true for three different iPhones. The app says "Last seen a day ago" and I get a spinning wheel. I can open the frunk, but cannot access Charge Stats. I tried removing the app from one of the phones and reloading the app, but it still doesn't work.

Your car needs to have good cell phone signal, or good wifi if you are connecting the car to wifi. IF you know that to be good, then reboot the car and it should resume communication.
