Car seat not recognized

For a while, my car had recognized I had a car seat in the back seat, which allowed me the rear AC to automatically kick on. For the last few months though, it doesn’t recognize it at all, even when my son is in the car. I can’t figure out how to get to the small box on the screen where it shows what seats are occupied (similar to where PSI, mileage shown). Used to pop up automatically. Any thoughts on how to get that set? It’s getting hot in TX now and a pain that I have to manually turn on the rear AC every time. Hoping there is an easy fix. Thanks in advance.
