Cell phone proximity to parked model 3.

I use my cell phone as a key and it maintains a connection. When i park my car and come in the house i set the phone down on a hall table that is only six feet (thru a wall) from the car. Does this closeness affect the car's behavior while it is 'turned off' (sort of). I have heard multiple sounds coming from my car when it is supposedly shut down or sleeping. Things like medium high pitched whining sounds, blower noises coming from the front hood.
Does the cell phone have anything to do with this when it is connected to the car?
