Charging at home

So I want to ask about charging at home. I am a bit of a newbee with EVs and home charging.

I have a new apartment in Romania with an underground garage. I am one of the lucky few who will have installed a 7kW/h charging port. So I want to know which charger should I use taking into consideration: My first car probably won't be a Tesla, but a shitty and cheap SH ev ( like zoe or i3) and after that I want to buy a Tesla, and I want the charging station to be "dedicated" to the tesla but to work with other brands. What do you recommand? Can I use the Tesla wall connector to non teslas (that would be best I think). If not what kind of chargers is a good idea?

According to the thread below, the 3-phase version of the 3rd Generation Tesla Wall Connector can charge any EV with Type-2 charge port.
