Charging error in service mode

Im getting a PCS_a091_chgIntBusRationality error in the service mode alerts when i charge at home? I’ve sent the question to Tesla.

I was not able to find that exact error but there are few similar codes. It could be related to the Charger is not able to regulate its intermediate bus voltage. The error could as be the Power Conversion System (PCS) detected that the intermediate bus voltage was too high which led to either reduced AC charge rate or the inability to AC charge.
