Considering 18 Performance

Hello,

Long time lurker, first time post.. I’m coming out of AR Giulia lease and considering a performance 3.

• Is there anything I should be looking out for on the 18 or 19? Updates, software, issues, etc.
  
• Should/can I have this car looked at by Tesla before purchasing?
• Just making sure, the warranty continues when buying from a private party?

Dumb question but just making sure this specific one is the full performance? Thoughts?
