I know that there are lots of Teslas in California, USA. In a lot of the state, heat is rarely needed, and air conditioning usually is. But, I'm not from California.
I own a 2019 Model III LR, and I've had it since I bought it new. Whenever I turn on climate control, it always starts with the air conditioning on. Makes sense in California, and other places, but doesn't make sense here. I've tried turning the air conditioning off as the last step of parking the car for the night, but no matter how I set it, when I turn the climate control on, the air conditioning starts running, and I have to go through the menus to turn it off each time.
Can the "air conditioning automatically on" {feature} be configured to only go on when I manually choose it to?
Thank you,
Mark
