Custom Wheel TPMS Adjustment

Hey guys,

Has anyone dealt with a 90 degree valve stem on a multi-piece wheel? Did you use a 90 degree adapter to mount the existing valve and TPMS, were you able to find a replacement 90 degree valve with a built-in TPMS, or did you switch to a strapped TPMS?

My new 2 piece wheels have a 90 degree valve stem without a sensor or a adapter and i need to figure out how to deal with the sensor.

Please help if you can, thank

I think you need that collar like in the first pick and then the TPMS will be mounted like in the second pic:

I should also clarify that you already have the bottom pipe piece but just need the collar/cap that connects the TPMS to it.

And based on the design, the TPMS might get smashed if you ever drive on a flat?
