I lost my Key Fob. Calling Tesla/Vehicles/Parts only takes messages and does not return the call. Any suggestion who to call?

Drive to a SC if you can assuming you still have the second one, or use the app to start the car.

Make a new service appointment on your Tesla app.

Just select "Other" then "Something Else" and there, write: Over The Counter (OTC) Part Request: Model S Key Fob or Key Fob for my Model S.
If you find it more convenient, schedule the appointment with a Mobile Service Technician and pay for the fob on the app once your Service Center confirms the appointment and sends you the quote .

Tesla service at its finest. Can you get to SC in person?

Service request through the app as mentioned above. Mobil service can/will deliver and program it. At least this is how it went a few weeks back for a buddy of mine in rural Illinois.
