Damaged Model 3 Wrapped Front Bumper – Replace vs. Repair?

Yikes.

Deep scratches on my front bumper after hitting a curb that was higher than I expected.
Problem is the bumper is wrapped with XPEL Stealth.

Any clue to what the repairs costs could be?
I'll probably have to get the thing unwrapped, repaired, painted, and then left for a while before getting it rewrapped.

I got a quote for $1,100 CAD for the repair (without the rewrap). Is this reasonable?
